What is your process?


Discovery Call

We have a chat to get to know each other and understand your goals and visions and see if we are a good fit. I will also be able to advise you on the next available time slot. After the call you will receive a proposal that outlines the scope and the cost for your to review.


Let's book it in

If we have decided, that we are the perfect match, you fill in the contract, schedule your strategy call and pay the initial deposit (50% or the first installment).


Strategy Call

This is where we go through your ideas, vision and functionality requirements in detail, develop the website structure and the look and feel of your website.


Prep Work

You will receive a list of information that I require from you before I get started on your website. This includes the website copy, Branding Guidelines, logos, photos, access to your domain and hosting if you already have that.


Time for Magic

Once I have received all of your information, I will get started. I will first create a vision board for you that shows the proposed colour scheme, fonts and look and feel of your website. Once this is approved, I will set up a Staging Website and start drafting the Homepage for your review. Once you are happy with the homepage, I will work on the remaining pages. When the website is complete, you will do a final review and I will incorporate any further changes required. Now it is time for thorough testing and the last tweaks.


Going Live & Handover

Once the website is finished, I will transfer the site to the hosting that you have chosen and the website will go live. We will set up a handover call where I show you around the backend of your website and train you on using your website including making small changes like updating text or images or adding products to your shop.



It's time to show your fancy new site off. I will offer 4 Weeks support to assist with any issues post launch.

I will design your website in WordPress (self-hosted) and use the Elementor Page Builder for the design, because I have found it allows for the greatest amount of creative freedom, functionality, and SEO Performance for YOU and apart from hosting and domain, there are no ongoing costs involved.

Yes. You will need a domain, which is around $30 per year and you will also need website hosting. You can either select your own hosting provider (please note that you will be responsible for any performance issues) or you can choose to select from our hosting and maintenance packages starting at $10 a month including a domainspecific email. 

You will have to make decisions around your domain, hosting, prepare your website copy, provide any images and other content you may want to include on your website. Once you have booked in your website, I will send you a list of information I require before I can start your website.

For the 4 weeks following the launch of your website, I will be available to answer any of your questions via email at no extra charge. I will not make any design revisions for you one week website has been launched, but if there is any type of functionality issue that is unveiled within the four weeks I will go in and resolve it.

I am not a copywriter, so I do not offer copywriting services for my clients. However, I have plenty of recommendations and can put you in touch with some awesome copywriters to support you. 

You will need to have a logo, color palette, and type suite for your brand. If you do not yet have this yet, don’t worry – after our strategy call I can help to develop your Branding Guidelines based on your vision.

Online Shops require a lot more work as they need a Shop, Cart pages, product pages, payment integration etc. This is not included in my standard website packages, but can be added on for $499.

Absolutely. You will be set up as an admin to your website. During our handover call I will show you around the backend of your website and show you how to make small changes for example how to swap out an image, change the text or upload new products to your shop. This handover session will be recorded so you have this training available later on as well.

While you do not have to be available all the time, I will have questions and you will be asked to give me feedback throughout the process, so ideally you are not tramping through the Amazon jungle while I am working on your website 🙂
