A minimum of a 12 month Hosting /Maintenance Plan is required. Payment can be made monthly through a subscription or annually. For new Website Clients, the first 3 months of the Silver Hosting Package or the Silver Maintenance Package is included for free (Comprehensive Website Packages only).
* Technical Support refers to assistance should your website experience technical difficulties ie updates caused compatibility issues. We will fix these issues at no charge for you. It does not include assistance due to user website updates – this support will be charged at $150 per hour.
** Content Updates/SEO Optimisation: We will send you a monthly reminder to supply any content that you would like updated ie images changed, text updated, blog post published. Should you require no updates, then we will spend 30 minutes to work on your SEO ie optimising the website for keywords, improving for speed, review page metadata and image alt texts.
